Here are some things we are looking for:

1. Have a passion for working with elementary-aged students
2. Enthusiastic, energetic, excellent communication skills
3. Able to articulate the importance of reading and the importance of having access to culturally relevant literature
4. Ability to travel to elementary schools in the Cincinnati area
